Veteran Teacher Alisa Walton holds Full Certifications in both the Classical and Stott Pilates methods.

A graduate of the conservatory programme at the School of Physical Theatre (London/Toronto) Alisa has performed as both a ballet Dancer and Actor/Athlete on stage, television, and in Circuses. She has close to 20 years of experience as a movement educator and coach of techniques varying from Stage Combat and Acrobatics to Stilt Dancing and Ballet.

Alisa holds certifications to teach Pilates from Stott Pilates and Movement for Health. She has worked with First Generation Instructors Ron Fletcher and Mary Bowen, and Second Generation Instructors Karen Carlson, Pat Guyton and Dianne Miller. Alisa is also Certified to coach Kettlebell and to teach Yoga.

Alisa is the Artistic Director of lab le jeu, inc., and credits the Pilates method with her physical longevity as a performing artist.
